New aftermarket oxygen sensor, reference 89465-12640, supplied individually for selected Toyota Corolla Altis applications specifying this exact rear-sensor reference.
The illustrated configuration has four wires, a rectangular keyed connector with latch, a sheathed lead with harness grommet, and a threaded sensor body. The translucent sleeve shown protects the mounting threads in these reference photos.
Confirm the full original part number, VIN, engine, exhaust position, connector keying, required lead length and harness/grommet arrangement before ordering. The supported rear application is the specific Altis 1.6 reference, not every Corolla, year, engine or market. This is not a universal splice-in sensor.
